Charles Kenneth Cotton, architect, designed the Marronniers course and its 18 varied holes in a magnificent shaded setting facing the majestic Rougeau forest. Oaks and centuries-old hornbeams mingle with chestnut trees, plane trees and birches to mark out a slightly undulating course with well-defended greens. The pleasant layout offers a technical and varied challenge, where power often has to give way to intelligence of the game.
