The year 1921 sees the birth of the Golf de Lausanne, located 850m above sea level on the heights of the city. The varied course, lined with hundred-year-old trees in the middle of a natural site of great beauty, gives the player an unforgettable memory. The view of the Alps and the Jura is magnificent. In 1996, the British architect Jeremy Pern applied for the Golf of Lausanne a facelift by providing the course with new raised greens, allowing this venerable golf to be among the most beautiful courses in Switzerland.
