The year 1921 saw the birth of the Lausanne Golf Course, located at an altitude of 850m on the heights of the city. The very varied course, lined with century-old trees in the middle of a natural site of great beauty, leaves the player with an unforgettable memory. The view of the Alps and the Jura is magnificent. In 1996, the British architect Jeremy Pern gave the Lausanne Golf Course a facelift by equipping the course with new raised greens, allowing this venerable golf course to rank among the most beautiful courses in Switzerland.
